Mission

The Stanwork Group provides strategy and operations consulting services to public and private sector enterprise on sustainable innovation, growth and risk management in domestic and international markets.

Operating in consonance with sustainability imperatives, and in specific response to socio-economic and developmental regional needs, the group develops and supports projects with technical assistance and advisory services in Health, Sustainability, Digital Transformation, Digital Learning and Governance.

Origins

The Stanwork Group was formed in 2002 to provide subject matter expertise towards international project development and resource arbitrage, with an initial specialized focus on Central and South Asia.

The group’s name is a derivation from ‘Stan’, a regional term for ‘land of’ in several languages, and with prefixes, official nomenclature for multiple countries and sub-national areas. The Group would work in and on the ‘Stans’. Thus Stanwork.

Anika Ahmed, MD, is a physician, educator, digital trainer and examiner with over thirty years of experience in clinical medicine, medical administration, public health, education, remote learning and digital training. She has authored policy and prescriptive publications on Infectious Communicable Diseases and maintained leadership roles on several Stanwork Group and client healthcare initiatives. Dr. Ahmed maintains regular blogs on Covid-19 and Digital Learning for Stanwork.
